WeaveGrid sends you notifications by text (SMS) to provide a better charging experience. These notifications will include updates on your Automatic Smart Charging and reminders to plug in (in case you’re at home and can use a charge). Most importantly, we will notify you if there is a technical issue with your device connection or ability to charge. You will be able to configure your notification preferences for most notifications.
If you are experiencing issues receiving SMS messages from WeaveGrid, it is possible that a shortcode block was accidentally enabled on your phone. Please contact your carrier for more information.
